This project spanned over the course of 2 years.

Completed in stages, we began with 2 separate double-story units nestled on top of the cliffs at Bird Rock.

Stage one involved internal layout changes, with exterior timber cladding added over brick and render.

Stage 2 focused on connecting the two dwellings into one.

Stage 3 encompassed landscaping the side courtyard to create an enjoyable space for this young family to enjoy their new home.
